Charms is the online management program designed for music organizations. We use this program to manage contact information on our members, tuition payments, mass emails to our orchestras, our library, and many, many more items. If you are a member of CIYS, please make sure that all of your contact information is correct, as this is where we pull addresses and phone numbers from. If any of your contact information should ever change, PLEASE make sure you update your account. You will receive materials at the orientation explaining how to log onto the program. This program has helped us to improve communication to our families - we hope you will use the program along with us!
The purpose of the CIYS Web site is to promote the Central
Illinois Youth Symphony and to inform it's members and the Central Illinois
community of CIYS events and the importance of music to our world.
